Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's commitment to quality and freshness, while also meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
