About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Piros Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served safely, and that our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or certificate in culinary arts, or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation.

Leadership

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Communication

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
