About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Specialist at our Polo Park location. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
