Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Moores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other store-related projects to maintain a high level of store appearance and efficiency.
  • Operate the cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Assist with store events, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
