About the Role:

Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation is seeking a skilled Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the mission of Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
  • Manage and track fundraising data, including donor information and campaign results.
  • Prepare and present reports and proposals to stakeholders, including donors and the board of directors.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as fundraising, marketing, or communications.
  • Three to five years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software, such as eTapestry or Blackbaud.
