Farm Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at Alternative Med Canada Inc. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on crop farming and livestock management. The work site environment is varied, with a range of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals as instructed
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops
  • Operate farm equipment such as tractors and harvesters
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock
  • Assist with the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and infrastructure
