Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to enhance crop growth.
  • Utilize hoeing techniques to maintain crop rows.
  • Ensure cleanliness of crops and work areas.
  • Collect and clear debris from fields and pens.
  • Remove wood and stones from agricultural fields.
  • Harvest and cut agricultural crops according to standards.
  • Sort harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable categories.
  • Monitor and adjust water, light, and temperature for optimal crop development.
  • Grade fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, and color for market readiness.
  • Guide plant growth for optimal yield.
  • Hand-harvest vegetables and seedlings.
  • Level soil to specified grades.
  • Manage the growth of vines and grapes.
  • Mix fertilizers as required.
  • Oversee water lines and environmental conditions in barns.
  • Monitor the health of livestock.
  • Package fruits and vegetables for distribution.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops effectively.
  • Manually remove unwanted plant growth.
  • Perform weeding tasks to maintain crop health.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Fertilize and spray crops as needed.
  • Harvest crops at the appropriate time.
Experience

Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
