Work Site Environment

Our farm operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on producing high-quality crops. As a Farm Laborer, you will be working in a variety of settings, including fields, barns, and other farm facilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth and development
  • Use the technique of hoeing between rows to control weeds and maintain soil quality
  • Clean crops to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare them for planting
  • Cut agricultural crops to harvest them at the optimal time
  • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards to ensure high-quality planting material
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
  • Dose water, light, and temperature as instructed to promote optimal crop growth and development
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value
  • Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions to promote healthy growth
  • Hand harvest vegetables to ensure they are picked at the optimal time
  • Harvest seedlings to prepare them for planting
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to prepare it for planting
  • Maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes to promote high-quality production
  • Mix fertilizers to create a balanced blend for crop growth
  • Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns to ensure optimal conditions for animal health
  • Monitor animal health to ensure the well-being of our livestock
  • Pack fruits and vegetables to prepare them for market
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to promote healthy growth and development
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts to promote healthy growth
  • Seed cutting to prepare seeds for planting
  • Weeding to control weeds and maintain soil quality
