Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other agricultural products to ensure optimal crop growth and development.
  • Use efficient hoeing techniques to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with crops.
  • Perform crop cleaning tasks to remove debris and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Clear fields of debris and brush to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops and seeds to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Grade fruits and vegetables for market to ensure high-quality products.
  • Guide plant growth for optimal development and ensure that crops are receiving the necessary care.
  • Harvest vegetables and seedlings to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Monitor crop conditions and the barn environment to ensure that our crops are healthy and thriving.
  • Assist in packing produce to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and development.
  • Remove unwanted plant growth to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in support programs for newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, mature workers, and visible minorities to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
