**Job Summary**

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical position within our store's overall success, requiring a high level of performance and representation of our brand. This individual will model the behaviors needed to directly impact all aspects of our business, including sales, productivity, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to develop and implement store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
  • Manage sales team productivity, holding team members accountable for personal sales and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business, participating in charity events, local associations, and mall initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain both self and individual product knowledge skills, staying up-to-date on current collections.
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, ensuring seamless and proactive switching between tasks as needed.
  • Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building, partnering with the corporate office as necessary.
  • Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and Operations procedures.
  • Leverage Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts, driving sales and achieving individual and team goals.
  • Build effective teams, blending people into teams as needed.
  • Technical skills include knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Schedule: Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible scheduling, nights, weekends, and holidays during high retail traffic and sales days.
