Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
  • Benefits Administration and Compliance
    • Administer and manage employee benefits, including health, dental, and other programs
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to improve employee performance
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities
  • HR Systems and Reporting
    • Manage and maintain HR systems, including Workday and other HR software
    • Develop and provide regular HR reports to management
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
