Job Summary

Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to provide support to our Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for providing contract support, initiating actions to ensure contractual documents are processed, and interfacing with internal business groups to ensure contractual documents are drafted and approvals are obtained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Support: Provide contract support to the Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations through quotation and order booking of various types of agreements.
  • Contract Processing: Initiate actions to ensure contractual documents are processed through standard work, within established service levels and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Internal Interface: Interface with various internal business groups (Legal, Accounting, EH&S, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure contractual documents are drafted and approvals are obtained.
Requirements
  • Education: Requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through successful completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service, Contracts Administration experience or equivalent proficiency.
  • Skills: Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle 12, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
  • Contractual Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret contractual language and terms such as service contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and procedure manuals.
