Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contract Administrator to provide administrative support for our North American aftermarket sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering day-to-day activities to enable our sales partners and internal customers to achieve revenue and service targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contract support to the Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations through quotation and order booking of various types of agreements.
  • Initiate appropriate actions to ensure contractual documents are processed through standard work, within established service levels and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Interface with various internal business groups to ensure contractual documents are drafted and approvals are obtained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of customer service, Contracts Administration experience or equivalent proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Saleforce.com, Oracle 12, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret contractual language and terms such as service contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and procedure manuals.
  • Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
