**Job Title**:Contract Administrator

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Facilitate contract administration by coordinating reviews, acquiring project bonds, insurance certificates, and other items as required.
- Prepare and issue subcontracting agreements and modifications, including change orders, change directives and amendments.
- Develop conditions for bids and proposals.
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material, and subcontractor services are ordered and purchased.
- Leading contract negotiations and terms agreements by working with parties to address concerns and resolve disputes.
- Coordinating contractual issues with the company's legal team.
- Ensuring contracts are reviewed and renewed before the expiry date.
- Ensuring contracts and other documents comply with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain notice of projects, certificates of insurance, project bonds, other securities and their renewals.
- Administration of subcontract agreements.
- Maintain records and filing for future reference on existing and new contract bids and proposals.
- Develop a vision and strategy to continually evolve current practices into more effective best practices that meet the needs of the business.
- Managing business contracts & installation subcontract agreements.
- Liaison between internal business parties and external vendors/ suppliers.
- Act as a link between legal, finance, estimating, operation, and sales teams when reviewing awarded contracts.
**WHAT WE 'RE LOOKING FOR**:
- A self-motivated team player with 3 to 5 years of contract administration experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or law Clerk certificate.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to lead meetings, and actively facilitate progress to achieve scheduled goals.

- Strong liaison and networking skills.
- Relevant training certifications in industry topics are a plus.
- Strong understanding of legal and contractual language.
