Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dealer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dealing services to our customers while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal card games with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the security of the table and its float
  • Control the table in the correct order of play; close bets at the appropriate time
  • Refer disputes, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the Manager
  • Verify chip refills and credits
  • Tidy your workstation and pit area
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Dealer Certificate (training provided)
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  • Other languages an asset
