Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and dealing services to our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal card games and maintain the security of the table and its float.
  • Control the table in the correct order of play and close bets at the appropriate time.
  • Refer disputes, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the Manager.
  • Verify chip refills and credits.
  • Tidy the workstation and pit area.
  • Communicate effectively with all operational departments.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Dealer Certificate (training provided).
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Other languages an asset.
