Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Door Ambassador: Greet guests at the hotel entrance, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Bell Services: Assist guests with their luggage, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Guest Experience Specialist: Proactively communicate with internal colleagues to ensure that guest needs are met, and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
Requirements:
  • Service Excellence: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that every guest interaction is personalized and tailored to their needs.
  • Functional Competence: Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs, with familiarity with 5-star expectations for Front Door, Airport Host, and Bell services.
  • Communication: 100% English language proficiency, with other languages desired.
  • Decision Making: Ability to prioritize and make prompt and reasonable decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Adept at juggling multiple needs, calmly and respectfully resolving problems as required.
