Job Title: Service Associate

Shangri-La Toronto is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and genuine hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of service.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the banquet section.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fine dining or luxury service is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Current Smart Serve and Food Safe Level 1 certification.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
