Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at 1522854 ONTARIO INCORPORATED. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and healthy environments for workers, visitors, and the general public.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems.
