Job Summary

The University Health Network is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Health Services to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our healthcare services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare services team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
