Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and updating our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and maintain our CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-consumer market
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in residential sales
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
