Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales quotes and sales orders to meet customer needs.
  • Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare return merchandise authorization forms and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Actively seek out new clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Use knowledge and training to ensure customers receive the best solutions within their budget.
  • Provide superior customer service experience and support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Experience using and maintaining CRM software is preferred.
  • Experience generating quotations and cold calling.
  • Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • General computer literacy.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset.
