Job Summary:

Joseph Ribkoff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and service by presenting ongoing collections to buyers and working in partnership with our Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-host booking appointments with buyers each season to showcase our latest collections.
  • Provide buyers with updated lists and details for immediate stock, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with buyers for all orders and delivery information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Sales Admin for all confirmation of stock and deliveries, ensuring a smooth logistics process.
  • Validate deliveries with buyers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute business development needs with new and existing customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Evaluate and coordinate point of sale materials for existing stores, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Maximize and elevate brand exposure through co-op advertising and merchandising, driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Amplify events by working through pre-event opportunities and stock levels, ensuring a successful event experience.
  • Interim sales representative role in transitioning territories within the Region, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Attend trade shows and in-store events, as required, to showcase our brand and products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of sales experience or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Ability to develop loyal business relationships with customers, driving long-term sales growth.
  • Good business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership, and influence, with a strong ability to work in a competitive and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment, with a strong focus on sales performance.
  • Effective analytical and territory planning skills, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and passport, with a willingness to travel within the territory.
