Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fred Trottier Construction Limited. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Advise senior management
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Perform personal and business errands for employers
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 5 years or more of experience
Work Setting: Head office
