Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our team in Financial Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy processing high-volume data with accuracy and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Validate completeness and accuracy of time and labor hours, ensuring timely processing.
- Reconcile PCard logs to statements, review supporting documentation, and ensure proper authorization has been received.
- Pull supporting documentation for audit support as directed by Finance.
- File processed documents according to established filing categories within the required timeframe.
- Distribute incoming mail on a daily basis, sorting and date-stamping it accordingly.
- This role involves high-volume, recurring, routine, and basic transactional processing.
- Requires a basic understanding of project coordination, purchasing, and accounting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- More than one year up to three years of job-related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of current purchasing and payables accounting systems and MS Office suite of software.
- Ability to process high-volume data with accuracy and communicate clearly with colleagues and vendors.
