Job Description

The Financial Analyst Coordinator will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, as well as preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
