We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Diaplan Financial Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
