Job Description:

As a Financial Transaction Coordinator at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. You will also manage accounts receivable and payable, perform financial calculations, and store, update, and retrieve financial data. Additionally, you will handle clerical duties, organize and maintain inventory, and address customer complaints or concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data
- Handle clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Address customer complaints or concerns

Requirements:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- On-site work is required, with no option for remote work
