Restaurant Manager Job Description

Tazza Tiffins Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
