Job Title: Residential Property Administrator

At Northview Residential REIT, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise a team of rental agents and building superintendents to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that residents are satisfied with their living experience.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure that properties are kept in excellent condition.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, providing regular reports to management.
  • Prepare expense and income reports for review and analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and increase resident satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in property management or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership to a team of staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Yardi system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
