Job Summary:

The Cellular Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the retail sales of goods and services offered at BearCom. This individual will identify new markets and business opportunities while maximizing profitability and growth in cellular and GPS/AVL equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales team members to improve sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of cellular sales experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
