Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and growing food service company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, balance cash, and complete financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible prices and terms.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
