Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EAZYFOODS Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that all expenses are accurately accounted for.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a high level of noise and odors.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods and working in a hot environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Team player with initiative and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of noise and odors. Standing for extended periods and working in a hot environment are also required.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
