Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations.

Maintain Records and Compliance

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience in food service management.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent physical stamina and adaptability.

Language and Work Schedule

Fluency in English, with a flexible work schedule of 30-35 hours per week.
