Job Summary

SHREE YOGESHWAR INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work Term and Hours
    • Temporary work term with 30 to 35 hours per week.
