Fire Alarm Systems Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing fire alarm systems and devices, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- System Installation and Maintenance: Install, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems and devices, ensuring compliance with local and national security standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, explaining system details and addressing customer concerns.
- System Testing and Repair: Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications.
- Site Inspections: Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.
- CFAA License: Valid full CFAA License required.
- Experience and Skills: Ability and desire to learn all facets of the CFAA Technician role in fire alarm and security, with prior experience in monitoring systems, emergency lighting systems, and security systems preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, and to lift 35 lbs.
