About the Opportunity

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with seniors and has experience in client services or administration. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors;
  • Communicating effectively with residents, guests, and employees in a professional manner;
  • Anticipating and responding to resident issues and concerns promptly;
  • Maintaining knowledge of all services, facilities, and features of Parkland and promoting them as needed;
  • Assisting with luggage, parcels, and other tasks as required;
  • Promoting a safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards, following safe work practices, and supporting others to work safely;
  • Adhering to all of Parkland's Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high school education (or GED);
  • An Office Administration/Professional Secretarial diploma or University Degree is preferred;
  • 1-2 years' experience in a client services or administrative role;
  • Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, and strong computer literacy skills;
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language is required, proficiency in other languages considered an asset.

Compensation
