Job Title: Finance Subject Matter Expert

WinAir is seeking a highly skilled Finance Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert insights and support to various teams and initiatives throughout the business lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on accounting software integrations with WinAir.
  • Support internal teams with accounting best practices and provide product demonstrations to new and existing customer leads.
  • Assist in the product development life cycle with advancements to accounting functionality within WinAir.
  • Work with other team members to ensure proper documentation and training materials are available.
  • Provide customer relationship management to customer's financial teams.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the accounting industry.
  • Previous experience in delivering end-user training or providing consultation services is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
