About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial advice to customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of personal finance and banking products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial plans.
  • Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
