Job Title: Finance Subject Matter Expert

WinAir is seeking a highly skilled Finance Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Job Summary

The Finance Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients and internal teams. This includes providing financial analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing core accounting functions such as journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and financial planning to support business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in an accounting background (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing core accounting functions such as journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
