About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing safe and competent exams through the application of imaging knowledge and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate imaging procedures and ensure safe and comfortable patient care.
  • Exam Completion: Operate nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Documentation and Evaluation: Accurately document patient information and image results, evaluating images to ensure quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: A graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program.
  2. Licensure and Certification: Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario in Nuclear Medicine M.R.T. (N.) and demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  3. Experience: One year of nuclear medicine experience in a hospital setting within the past five years, with a strong working knowledge of Hospital and Diagnostic Imaging Information and Imaging Systems.
  4. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the production and assessment of diagnostic images, proficiency in both official languages (English & French) considered an asset, and consistent and regular attendance required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
