Job Summary

This Administrative Assistant I position is an exciting opportunity to join the University Health Network's (UHN) Blood Disorders team.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is estimated at $ - $ per hour, commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN Compensation Policy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and clerical services in support of administrative and/or professional personnel.
  • Exercise judgment or decision-making to ensure efficient operation of the Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary secretarial arts program at the certificate level or equivalent.
  • Two years related secretarial experience.
  • Previous on-the-job computer/word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software experience required; experience in a Microsoft Office environment.
