A Regional Field Marketing Strategist is needed to represent The Acquisition Group in Calgary. This role involves creating new business partnerships, executing local marketing event strategies, and driving brand penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
    • Identify and contact prospects within assigned territories
    • Build new partnerships and generate event opportunities through cold calling and outreach
    • Prioritize opportunities to accelerate visibility of TELUS products/services
    • Collaborate with internal teams on opportunity development
  • Events Coordination
    • Manage day-to-day logistics of pop-up kiosks across malls
    • Execute community event strategy across festivals, trade shows, and retail locations
    • Develop and trial different marketing approaches to uncover optimal event strategy
    • Leverage market knowledge and analytics to build a community-centric marketing approach
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
  • Adaptive self-starter with ownership and initiative
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and working well under pressure
  • Minimum 2 years experience in event planning, marketing, business development, or sales management

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends, from a home-based office and on event location. Travel up to 100% of the time may be required, with access to a vehicle.
