You will lead the development and execution of world-class DRTV campaigns, from concept to completion, in collaboration with our VP of Fundraising Strategy.

You will oversee and collaborate with our in-house editors and graphic design team in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to deliver commercials that meet and exceed client expectations. You will also source and direct freelancers and external creative agencies to complement our internal team, ensuring high-quality production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing world-class DRTV campaigns
  • Overseeing and collaborating with in-house editors and graphic design team
  • Sourcing and directing freelancers and external creative agencies
  • Reviewing and approving final creative materials
  • Maintaining master production schedules for all clients
  • Developing and participating in creative presentations for clients

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10 years of experience in fundraising, with knowledge of DRTV marketing and branding
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-evolving creative environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This role includes a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the office Tuesday & Thursday at an office in Midtown Toronto.
