Senior Sales Co-op Associate

Welcome to the PepsiCo Sales Co-op Program, a 4-month immersive experience that will challenge and engage you in our sales operations. As a member of this program, you will learn from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.
Ground UpYou will develop and sustain a growing CPG business, selling and marketing our iconic brands to a set group of retailers. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with our Field Sales network, receiving best-in-class coaching, and engaging in career connects with Leadership.
- Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
- Merging entrepreneurial muscles with physical stamina while merchandising our products to execute advertising displays.
Key Deliverables:
- POS optimization
- Innovation Launch & Sustainment
- Customer Development Agreement optimization
- Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.
You will work closely with our Sales leaders, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project, helping the team deliver results with our most important customers.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Full-time availability
- A valid, full driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
- High academic achievement, combined with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling confident interaction with all levels within the organization.
