Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the allocation of servers and bussers to various sections of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Meet and greet guests, seating them promptly and providing menus as needed.
  • Manage reservations and communicate with guests using our reservations system.
  • Answer incoming calls and make reservations according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist servers and bussers during peak periods, providing support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and employees on a daily basis.
  • Handle Room Service calls and orders, upselling opportunities according to our SOPs.
  • Run buffet food and/or Room Service orders when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For:
    • A minimum of one year of experience as a host/server in a fine dining establishment is an asset.
    • Previous knowledge of the Niagara region is considered an asset.
    • Up-selling and/or sales experience is also an asset.
    • Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems is a plus.
    • Reliable transportation to Niagara-on-the-Lake is required. What We Offer:
