About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Developer to join our team at Ledcor Construction, Inc. As a Learning Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging learning content and materials for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional content and materials for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-paced, and virtual learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning specialists to ensure learning content meets operational needs and outcomes.
  • Provide project coordination support for learning programs, tracking project milestones and maintaining project timelines.
  • Review and recommend updates to course materials under the direction of the Manager, Learning Design.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Learning Development, or Adult Learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning materials.
  • Excellent project coordination, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Hands-on experience using a variety of learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Prezi, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Understanding of basic LMS Administration is an asset.
  • Excellent written, communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
Work Environment
  • Work from home with occasional travel.
