Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Learning Content Developer to join our Education & Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences for our customers across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Design and develop interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training courses, and other educational resources.
- Manage the production process for learning content, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing engaging and effective learning content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
