**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join TDS Personnel. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial management, office operations, and events coordination.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership. They will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Provide financial guidance and leadership throughout the organization.
    • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports, the annual budget, periodic forecasts, variance analysis, and commentary on financial outcomes.
  • Office & Events Management:
    • Coordinate event registration and provide insightful analysis of registration data.
    • Serve as a point of contact for Board Directors and organization members.
    • Manage daily office operations, including coordination with IT support and building management.
    • Supervise facility management, including procurement and purchasing.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.
    • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
    • CPA candidate nearing completion of PEP or equivalent education and experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
