This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Banking Management. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in banking operations, you will lead our Cash Management Services Operations teams and drive excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage functional teams, including Bank Deposit Sweep Operations, Wire Transfer, Check Processing, and EFT in/out processing.
- Oversight of complex processes to ensure quality control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement new technology solutions and processes that enhance service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic problem-solving initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
- Champion innovative approaches to improve processes and deliver impactful results.
- Take ownership of key projects, providing vision and direction for successful execution.
- Resource management through delegation of responsibilities to direct team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to foster a culture of teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the securities, banking, or technology sectors, specifically within cash management operations.
- Extensive experience in project management, vendor management, analysis, and risk control.
- Proven leadership experience, both direct and indirect, for a minimum of 7 years.
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to navigate technological advancements.
- Demonstrated capability to support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
